- Tenant satisfaction, at-risk tenants, retention, or draft a message to a tenant based on feedback → Customer Success Manager.
- Concierge services, movers, cleaning, utilities, furnishing, or local recommendations for a client → Concierge Services Coordinator.
- Combined report on clients + referrals, client data analysis, or overall client health and referral insights → Client Data Analyst.
